Doron Pryluk holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Reichman University and a Master of Science in Organizational Consulting from Tel Aviv University.
Doron has been immersed in the high-tech scene since 2010, working with industry leaders like Wix, Guesty, GlassesUSA.com, and Colleen AI (acquired by Entrata). He currently serves as VP of Customer Experience at Atera and is an Advisory Board Member and Product Evangelist at Quack.ai.
In parallel, Doron offers consulting services to companies at various stages, helping customer-facing teams create exceptional experiences that drive business growth and improve key metrics across the organization.
Doron also teaches Customer Experience and Success at Reichman University, sharing real-world insights and best practices with the next generation of CX professionals.
